Madrid Falls - Big Bend Ranch State Park

Second Highest Waterfall in Texas

www.biketexas.net

This program takes participants through scenic mountains and canyons of the northern Chihuahuan Desert to the second highest water fall in Texas. To reach the falls it will be necessary to hike approximately one and a half miles (3 miles round trip) cross-country, in very rocky terrain. This will be an all day adventure.

From Sauceda Ranch Headquarters you will be driven by 4-wheel vehicle to the top of Charro Canyon, where we will then hike 1.5 miles over rough terrain to the falls.

You might notice scratches on some of the photos. You can thank Walgreens in Midland for that. They scratched my negatives, then printed them. I'm not sure why I did not just go to HEB like I usually do.
