This trail begins at Zilker Park, near Barton Springs Pool, a spring fed pool w/ year round temp of 68 degrees. The trail follows Barton Creek. Mostly flat. Dirt surface. Recent improvements have separated hiking and biking on some stretches. High bluffs on either side in many places. Limited access from neighborhoods.
